一 |     近日，由市安居集团牵头主编的团体标准《智慧住区建设指南》（T/ZS0852-2026）（以下简称《指南》）正式发布实施，这也是浙江省首份聚焦智慧住区建设的专项团体标准，为行业提供了可落地执行的统一技术参考。    (ECNS) -- Aidian Port in the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region reopened Tuesday, resuming customs clearance services after flood damage forced a temporary suspension.    The port had closed following heavy flooding last Sunday. Trucks departed from the zero kilometer point at the port Tuesday morning, signaling a return to normal operations.    （By Helen Mo & intern Xu Wenda）                    。《指南》紧扣《中共中央办公厅 国务院办公厅关于推进新型城市基础设施建设打造韧性城市的意见》中智慧住区建设相关部署，落实《杭州市城乡建设领域“人工智能+”行动方案（2026—2028年）》工作要求，围绕社区数字化治理、居民美好生活升级，创新构建“1+N+1”全域智慧住区建设架构，实现住宅小区“一屏统览、一网统管”的数字化管理，标准涵盖智慧安防、智慧消防、便民服务、智慧宜居四大核心板块，覆盖视频安防、消防物联预警、智慧养老育儿、环境监测节能等多类应用场景。此外，《指南》着力破解住区智慧系统数据孤岛问题，补齐智慧住区规范化建设短板。下一步，市安居集团将落地标准各项技术要求，结合保障性住房等项目运营特点，打造一批辨识度高、可复制推广的智慧住区示范项目，输出标准化建设及长效运营方案，助推杭州智慧住区规模化、规范化发展。
