二 | 雷阵雨多发的夏日，晚霞经常出现。受东风带系统的影响，最近杭州的天气格局发生变化，短暂的晴好天气告一段落，雨水再次成为主角。预计今天上午杭州阴，有时有阵雨，中午到夜里阴有阵雨或雷雨，局部有短时暴雨，明天阴有阵雨或雷雨，局部有大到暴雨。阴雨天气气温相对温和，预计今天最低气温26℃，最高气温32℃。提醒大家，昨天这样的短时暴雨仍有可能发生，要注意防范。最近几天时晴时雨，当心短时暴雨东风带是一种大气环流系统，它带来的雨水往往持续多日。未来7天，我省天气依旧跌宕起伏。今天，雨水将继续在沿海地区“加戏”，部分地区大到暴雨，个别地区大暴雨，明天降水范围还将进一步扩大，部分地区中到大雨，局部暴雨。杭州市气象台说，杭州的多阵雨或雷雨天气，将一直持续到24日。

三 | 之所以出现昨天这种时晴时雨的天气，是因为偏东气流送来一阵一阵、分布不均匀的雷雨或阵雨。今天到周日，我省都将处在副热带高压的边缘，东风气流依旧活跃，风力不小，天气在晴雨之间来回切换。提醒大家，有雷雨的地区，要小心短时暴雨和7~9级雷暴大风等强对流天气。

四 | 昨天下午，杭州多地发布雷电黄色预警、暴雨黄色预警、暴雨橙色预警等各种气象预警，杭州市气象台也一度发布了主城区雷电黄色预警。今天中午到夜里，杭州局部还会有短时暴雨，雷雨时局地有6~8级雷雨大风等对流性天气。请大家及时关注气象部门的预警信息，尽量避开强降雨时段出门，在外遇到强对流天气时第一时间进入室内躲避，注意安全。

五 | “沙德尔”可能发展为超强台风除了眼前的雨水，今年第18号台风“沙德尔”也值得关注。“沙德尔”（热带风暴级）于前天（19日）上午在西北太平洋洋面上生成，目前向偏北方向移动，逐渐趋向琉球群岛以东洋面，强度逐渐增强。中国天气网分析，“沙德尔”21日以后强度将不断升级，最强可达超强台风级。从目前的预报来看，未来4天“沙德尔”对我省海域暂无影响，预计26日前后将靠近或进入东海。不过，台风后期移动路径仍存在一定的不确定性，后续还需密切关注其动态以及最新预报。

六 | 除了“沙德尔”，目前海上还有多个热带系统正在活跃，其中有一个南海热带低压，有可能升级成台风。南海热带低压的中心已于昨天（8月20日）早晨5点40分前后在海南省文昌市龙楼镇沿海登陆，登陆时中心附近最大风力6级（12米/秒）。预计它将继续缓慢向偏西方向移动，穿过海南岛后移入北部湾海面，强度变化不大。中国天气网气象分析师唐晓静介绍，它在进入北部湾洋面后，会进一步增强，并且存在加强为编号台风的可能性。
